VirtualSpringBreak offers virtual event production, hybrid experience design, and digital engagement services tailored for tourism and educational programs in South Africa. Services include live streaming, interactive content creation, platform setup, and technical coordination. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in individual service agreements.
Clients must provide accurate information, necessary permissions for content use, and timely feedback. Clients are responsible for obtaining any required licenses or clearances for materials they supply. Failure to meet these obligations may result in delays or cancellation of services.
All original content produced by VirtualSpringBreak remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our work is prohibited.
VirtualSpringBreak is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service due to factors beyond our control, such as internet outages or third-party platform failures.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client must pay for services rendered up to the termination date. VirtualSpringBreak may suspend or terminate access to services if a client violates these terms or applicable laws.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cape Town, South Africa.
